French Ligue 1 champions Paris Saint Germain (PSG) have concluded plans to offload two of their players when the transfer window reopens in the summer.
This is according to the report from trusted French media outlet L’Equipe which revealed that the Champions League campaigners want to offload both Thomas Meunier and Layvin Kurzawa.
Belgian international Meunier has already talked about his desire to play Premier League football and he could end up at Old Trafford this summer.
Just like what’s obtainable with the aforementioned Kurzawa, Thomas Meunier has one year left on his current deal at the Parc des Princes.
According to L’Equipe, French champions PSG want to cash in on both Kurzawa and Meunier since they have not been able to make any sort of headway in the quest to give them new contracts.
It was revealed that PSG want £52m for the two players.
Manchester United are expected to embark on a rebuilding job this summer with Red Devils manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer keen to boost a defence that has conceded 50 goals in the Premier League this season and that has left them with a lot to do in the quest to qualify for Champions League football next season.
Only a top-four finish would be enough for Manchester United.
